  Jennifer and team made my first time home buying experience stress free. Before I started the process there was so many people telling me how hard it was going to be. So I was expecting the worse. But Jennifer made the process seamless. She was very knowledgeable and anytime I had questions or concerns, she was there to help.   My husband and I are first time buyers and we had a different lender at first. That lender was not so great and it discouraged us on the house buying experience. We decided to renew our loan and go with Jennifer. She was so helpful and it gave us so much confidence to go back out and look for a house again. Her team was awesome and so nice. This was a great experience and I would recommend anyone that wants to buy a house to go to Jennifer.   I used Jennifer about 7 years ago. Her office is about 90 minutes away. The last year+ I tried First Entertainment FCU & Vista Funding because they were geographically closer. After my experience with 2 other institutions, I would fly across the country to have Jennifer Roblee & Mariss Perez service my mortgage again. I will recommend these 2 women to anyone in need of help. Words do not describe the job they did for me & my family.   Excellent experience as a first time homebuyer! Communication was top notch from Jennifer and her team (Aisha is amazing to work with!). Took the time to ensure we understood the process and timelines. Turned around pre-qualification same day as we found the home we wanted prior to prequal, so Jennifer turned it around extremely quickly. They are as responsive and diligent as you are! Highly recommend!
