  Jen Gile (and her team) always go above and beyond! I am so thankful to have a partner like Jen on my side, as an agent and as a buyer!! I have been blessed to work with her on more transactions than I can count, on all sides of the table. Her expertise and kindness are immeasurable. I have referred her to numerous clients and feel confident in doing so because I have personally used her to purchase as well. Jen’s partnership (more like friendship) with you does not end when your loan closes. She truly is your mortgage partner for life. I feel that should be a very key aspect when it comes to a lender.   Jen goes above and beyond for her clients! I cannot say enough great things about her as a professional and as a person. We have sold and bought two houses and refinanced with her. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. She works so hard for all of her clients. She makes you feel like you are the only person she is working with, when in fact she is busy with so many other clients. She is amazing at what she does and truly cares for everyone she works for. I highly recommend her for your mortgage lending needs.

  I am realtor and worked with Jen and her team on a closing this spring. They did a great job communicating the entire way through and keeping me updated on the status of the transaction. As a realtor I've worked with a variety of lenders and always prefer someone who is local and easy to get ahold of. Even on nights and weekends I had no problem getting a quick response from Jen when I had questions that needed urgent answers for my buyer clients. Not only do I use her for my own personal purchases I recommend her to all my buyer clients as she is a true advocate and resource, able to deliver them to the closing table with amazing speed and efficiency. Her personal touch, professionalism and expertise in this fast paced and competitive market is essential. Not only can she close a loan in half the time of many lenders, she and her team will answer questions and call listing agents even on weekends to help her buyer clients receive top consideration in multiple offer situations.   Jen Gile is the best lender in Kansas City, regardless of the situation. With years of experience, her team finds the best solution for any situation, with excellent and timely communication.   Jen and her entire team are amazing. They are available and can get things done very quickly. They do a wonderful job on the business front, but they also excel on the personable end. It almost feels like a big family; everyone is so warm and friendly. I wouldn’t choose any other team for my mortgage needs!

  Excellent experience with Jen and her team. She had my husband and I ready to close in 21 days, and I wouldn’t necessarily consider us an open-and-shut case. Very communicative and friendly. You get emailed updates every time you pass a milestone in the approval process, which is exciting and lets you know everything is on track. I only wish the buyers of my current home had used Jen and Fairway!
