  Both of my experiences refinancing with eMortgages have been great. My most recent refinance in June 2021, couldn't have been easier. All documents were submitted online, there was no appraisal required, and the documents were all signed at my convenience, in my own home. I got a better rate, and reduced the term of my mortgage at the same time. Overall, it was a great experience.
