  Jefferson Bank is a great bank everyone is helpful and polite.I want to give a special thanks to Peggy she helped me with years of paperwork that took her days to complete. She was very helpful and polite the bank is blessed to have her working at Jefferson. Thank you Peggy!

  Sherry who is a VP and loan officer at this branch has gone above and beyond to assist us with getting our application in order for (hopefully) the second round of PPP funding. She has been readily available to us to answer any questions and provide advice to us during this process. We have been banking at Jefferson for over eight years now and people like Sherry, make us extremely happy customers which we will continue to be. I highly recommend Jefferson Bank New Braunfels.

  My husband and I have lived in New Braunfels for 34 years and have dealt with many of the banks in this area, but we feel Jefferson Bank is #1. We are both business owners and we chose Jefferson because they are team players who want to see local businesses succeed.   We've had our construction loan with them, even before we moved to New Braunfels. And opened checking accounts after moving. They have always been helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They call you by your name when you walk in. Will never go to another bank.

  Even though I no longer live in New Braunfels, I still bank with Jefferson Bank in New Braunfels. They offer the kind of personal customer service that the big banks are incapable of providing. Everyone knows my name and the customer service is always on point. No matter where I live, Jefferson will continue to be my bank!

  The tellers are Very Personal and Friendly. The bank manager is fantastic. Easy to talk to loan officers too.

  Nothing but trouble with this bank and this branch in particular... And it's not even MY bank. Will seriously try to talk employer into changing banks. They have trouble moving money from one bank to another... In other words they can't do the one thing they are there to do. Worthless!
