  Jefferson Bank rescued my family from a sudden job loss when no other banks we called could. SVP Keri Moses and our mortgage processor Denise Schuchardt were amazing throughout the process. Keri met with us in December and discussed the process with us and how the loan could proceed. She was on top of everything from the moment we first made contact with us. Denise saw us through the stages prior to closing and she, too, was always on the ball. If I missed something, either or both would follow up to make sure we had a smooth closing. I cannot express my family's gratitude to Jefferson Bank, Keri, and Denise enough. I tell everyone about Jefferson Bank and have ensured that my realtors and friends that are in the housing market know the kind of respect, empathy, and service we received throughout our experience. My family is already planning on how to do more banking with Jefferson Bank because of it.

  If you are looking for someone to fund your construction, look no further than Jefferson Bank. From the first meeting up to the closing, the service received was world-class; I am sure this will continue during the construction process. Most banks offer cookie-cutter offerings, but Jefferson bank was able to take into consideration many things with regards to funding sources that other banks simply did not care about. Honestly, at Jefferson, it felt like working with a bunch of friends and not a lender. I must show some praise for Keri Moses who from the first meeting felt like someone we have known for years. Working with Keri restored my faith in lenders because any time in the past I have needed mortgage services, it felt like going through a drive-thru at a fast-food restaurant. Keri took a genuine interest for our needs to secure funding for our project. She always kept us informed during all steps of the process which established sincere credibility and comfort when working with her. These types of transactions are life-changing and there is often a lot of anxiety when going through the process, however, with Keri and Jefferson, the process caused NO stress at all. Thank you Keri and everyone else that has made our dream of building a house come true, I will forever be thankful!   I bought my first house 8 months ago. Having A+ credit and getting turned down by 4 other mortgage companies an adviser suggested I contact Jefferson.
