  Update: Several NEW reviews have been posted in the span of a COUPLE hours. If I had to guess the employees are attempting damage control. We certainly didn’t experience ANY of that IMPECCABLE service. If you want good reviews written by REAL customers, try serving your customers with humility and respect for a change. (Estrellita) This bank needs a lot of upgrading. You can’t deposit money into the atm like every other bank. The business hours are also very inconvenient. The manager at this location is also insolent & brash.

  Just Honest, I am sorry that you do not feel that you received the service that we pride ourselves on giving when you entered our Goliad Road Banking Center. I am happy to see that you elected to go to another one of our Banking Centers and had a positive experience. We recently installed new ATMs at all of our Banking Centers, and all of them accept cash and checks as forms of deposit, and are available to you 24/7. Our hours of operation are similar to most large banks and credit unions in our area, and we can also be available to meet with customers by appointment after hours if necessary.   The bank is great! STAY AWAY from Estrellita. She doesn’t know the meaning of customer service. She’s very condescending and believes in HOSTILE BULLYING TACTICS. Apparently we’re not the only customers she’s disappointed in the past. Do business elsewhere. The Stone Oak location is wonderful. Estrellita could learn a thing or two from this location.

  Just visited the Jefferson bank on Goliad Rd, was greeted when walking in. I then informed the teller that I wanted to withdraw money from savings account. The teller then asked me if i have a account with Jefferson bank, i then replied this is Jefferson Bank, why would i want to take funds out of my account, if i didnt have any accounts here. She then replied people think its a Bank of America.

  Ms. Benford, Thank you for leaving your review and bringing this incident to light. As you are aware, our current location was a former Bank of America, and often times we have individuals who come in attempting to do transactions under those accounts not knowing that we are now operating business at this location. While our teller had no intention of offending you by asking if you were a customer, we can understand how this could have been interpreted. Our Banking Centers managers are aware of this situation and are taking additional measures to ensure an incident like this does not happen again. We value you as a customer, look forward to seeing you in our Banking Centers again soon.

  My interactions with Estrellita, who works at this location, have been positive and professional. Jefferson Bank hires only the very best! I wholeheartedly recommend Estrellita!!

  Absolutely hate this bank, update your system and have cash on hand next time. Kinda ridiculous when a bank can't cash a check cause they didn't have enough cash on hand. Not only that update your system so people aren't waiting in line to verify a check. Wow. 🤦‍♂️

  went over their just to get change wanted to break a hundred dollar. but denied cause I didn't have an account..
