  I called Jefferson Ave one morning and within 15 minutes I got a call back. Cal was so responsive in walking me through the process and listened to me when I was talking instead of talking over me (which can happen with a male rep and a female customer in my experience). Within hours Cal had a homeowners insurance quote and walked me through the entire thing. While bundling home and auto did not work out based on my current auto policy, he reviewed it and made a few suggestions for me to protect myself now that I'm buying a home.

  I was referred to this agency by a family member since they were so pleased with their experience. Once I got in contact, they listened to what kind of coverage I wanted, explained everything very clearly and professionally, and I was set (after a few signatures). I even got a hand-written 'thank you' card after doing business which was a nice little surprise in the mail!

  The experience that I had with Gallo insurance was fast, simple at the end of it all for all my policy I was saved over half my policy. Everything they told Me I did not know about my Policy and we fixed them at no extra cost. Great people awesome service.
