  I live out of state and needed to deal with my father's estate. That included selling his house. Jeff's real estate knowledge and understanding of the community made the sell quick and easy. Letting Jeff handle the sell really relieved me of a lot of stress. He was genuinely careing and very personable. I count Jeff as a new friend and recommend him to anyone buying or selling home.

  Jeff was superb! He found a bona-fide buyer for our flood-damaged home in one day and closed the deal to sell it within two weeks for a price that was lower than asking, but fair, all things considered. He was attentive, responsive and thorough, well worth his commission.

  Jeff and his staff are amazing! Jeff has helped us in numerous property sales and purchases and he is very organized, timely, professional and easy to work with! He even helped my son and daughter in law find property to move back home from Houston. Given they were coming from out of town, he set up an entire Saturday of visits in their desired neighborhood and that takes a lot of time and coordination. Jeff is an excellent communicator and that always makes it a pleasure working with him!

  Not the first time I have used Jeff Melancon with Re/Max Synergy and sure wont be my last. If your looking for a smooth process whether buying or selling they will not disappoint. His knowledge in the business and professionalism is second to none. I also really enjoyed the fact that i had someone I could trust to do best my me throughout this process.
