  I feel as if we were very needy, always asking questions, and picking 5 or 6 houses at a time to go look at. Jeff was awesome, he met us at every house we wanted to look at, while answering every question we had. He truly was a lot help finding our home. If we ever have to move again we will be using Jeff!

  Jeff was truly a blessing. We live out of state and asked Jeff to help us sell a rental home we owned. Jeff stayed in contact every step of the way. He cleaned and maintained the property after the tenants moved out and helped with every request we had. If you want a stress-free buy/sell experience then Jeff Helms is your guy.   Jeff went above and beyond. He worked as hard as he could to find us the house that fit our family. Any time we had questions he was always willing to answer them. If I ever had to use a realtor it would be Jeff. I 100% recommend him as a realtor

  Jeff helped us even when we was on border of not buying and just holding off. As first time buyers we didn’t know anything and he stepped up to the plate to go extra mile to help. Already suggested him to my brother for his first purchase of a house also. Couldn’t have asked for more.

  Jeff helms went above and beyond when it came to finding us a property. Not only did he find it he has been with us as we have worked to build a home.We are 4 hour's away so Jeff has helped with getting a builder and so many other things done answering questions and overseeing the work because we have been unable to be there.

  I am a local home inspector in the area and have had the opportunity to work for several of Jeff's clients. Wanted to give him a big shout out for being one of the good ones! He understands the construction defects that come up during an inspection and is genuine in his response and efforts to help the client get things negotiated and looked at. He literally expressed to me at an inspection that he wants me to find everything I can so his clients know what they are buying...It is refreshing to run into a realtor like him and I hope people reading this are motivated to pick him. He's got your back.

  Thank you Allan, I really appreciate your review. I know we all can get caught up in trying to get to the closing table. The home inspection is an important part of the process for a home buyer. A lot of times the buyer is going in and has no clue what they are looking for and its up to us to make sure our clients know what to expect when the buy their new home.
