  I purchased a condo recently with Jeff's help, and I could not have had a better experience working with him. Jeff was always on top of things and very receptive to my questions and concerns. I never felt that I was asking dumb questions or pestering him too much, even though I definitely swamped him with emails and questions during the process. There was a small hiccup we ran into at the end due to miscommunication from my attorney, and Jeff was so quick to rectify the situation and constantly reassured me that there was nothing to worry about and we would be able to close on our scheduled date. He really went above and beyond to represent me in my closing and make sure I had a pleasant experience. I highly recommend calling Jeff if you are looking to purchase a new home.

  Jeff is a man of his word. My husband and I have bought 4 homes in a matter of 7 years. In every purchase until now we walked away with horrible things to say about the lending system in general. Jeff was well aware of our distaste and shot us straight from the very beginning. We pushed our limits in this recent purchase as this is our forever home and it had Jeff on his toes dedicating much more time than desired on our particular loan but he did it!! He did it well and we are in our dream home in the mountains with a great interest rate and a great future. He also delivered on the emotional side of the buying process. Poor guy was with us through every up and down our purchase put us through. He got on the phone with both agents as well as spent countless hours talking to both my husband and I. We really appreciate Jeff's commitment to us and to his reputation. Because we have seen the worst of lenders, I am confident to say that Jeff is at the top of the best list.

  Jeff and his team were awesome to work with! As first time home buyers they educated us and walked us through everything. As scary and overwhelming we thought the process would be it wasn't at all and it went so smoothly. I would recommend Jeff to you! I already referred our friends.

  Jeff Dulla and the UHL Team are amazing!! Jeff went above and beyond what I expected from a mortgage lender. As a first time homebuyer, the entire process can be daunting and overwhelming. Jeff took the time to personally walk me through every step of the lending process and was always available to answer my questions. He truly made this process a wonderful experience! I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be using UHL if the time comes to buy a new house!!

  I can not thank Jeff enough!!!! He did not and would not give up on me when all the other brokers did! My loan was not easy on any level, but Jeff still treated me with the kindness and respect any customer deserves. If it wasn't for him my family and i would not have made all the precious memories we did this summer at the lake house, cause when every other lender gave up on me Jeff made it happen!
