  Thanks to Chris Ulrich at United Home Loans for an excellent refinance process. I completed my original home loan with Chris, and he had approached me with the recommendation to refi to save quite a bit of money. Chris walked me through the all of the steps involved and worked with me to decide what terms would be best for me. The entire process from first contact to closing was completed in less than 30 days. Their online secure document transfer setup was great, along with the ability to digitally sign everything up until closing. Every employee at UHL that I dealt with was attentive and extremely quick to respond to any inquiries I had. There weren't really any hiccups in the entire process, which was likely due to Chris's experience and preparation. I couldn't have asked for a smoother refinance with Chris and UHL and I confidently recommend them to family and friends.
