  I have been with this branch of state farm for a couple years now and have nothing but great things to say. My time as a customer has been stress free as they take care of everything. In my time here I have had an accident that was taken care of with out hesitation, my rates did not change. I have actually had them call me to help me lower my rates. This branch is definitely out to help their customers save as much as possible by going above beyond what expected of them. I have recently moved to another state, this office has transfered me to a local state agent in my new area, I have not had to do anything they did it all. I just want to say thanks for letting me be lazy and taking care of my insurance needs. A big shout to the employees I have worked with Diane, Richard, Jeff and Conner, thanks guys.

  The staff here are not only extremely helpful, but punctual and kind as well. Went out of their way to get me a quote as quickly as possible. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone.

  I have been working with Connor Murney as my agent for some time now, and he has been nothing but helpful for the entire time we've worked together. He has personally fought to save me money during a claim, and has answered every question I've posed to him. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone!

  I've been with State Farm and the Middleville office specifically since I was 16 years old - I'm now pushing 40. When I was calling around to get insurance for my first car, as a young kid, State Farm was the only insurance company that didn't try to screw me over. I had some of them (Progressive, Geico, etc.) quote me ridiculously high prices ($6,000/year at the time) and when I asked, one agent from one of those larger agencies flat out said "The quote is this high because they don't want to insure you since you're a teenage male." I guess discrimination is totally legal as long as it's against young people? State Farm - this office specifically - provided a realistic rate based on actual risk factors and didn't try to box me out. Now, I currently insure a house, 3 cars, 3 motorcycles, and an ATV with State Farm. Everything else will go through them in the future as well, as long as they keep providing the excellent service I've come to know over the past 20+ years. I constantly get stuff in the mail from other agencies now that I'm an adult with a clean driving record, and that mail goes right in the trash. I don't care if they'd save me a few bucks a month. A message to those places - if you try to screw me when I'm young, don't try to solicit me when I'm older. (Plus Progressive has the most annoying commercials ever... that doesn't help either.) I've only had to make a couple claims in my life (both deer related) and State Farm was excellent with that whole process both times. Diane at the Middleville location is especially awesome. I change vehicles like I change my clothes and she's always so nice to talk to.

  My buddy sent me here because compared to areas around us he found deals for way less. I personally couldn't use him as a agent because of a dui, but that didn't stop him from helping me, sent me to another agent that got me a dang good quote. Check them out
