  Need more communication between client and agent. Days would go by.. would have to send a message to find out what was up. Sometimes he didn’t seem to Remember items sent so would have to resend only to hear he had them. It was holiday time so maybe other things going on. Would amuse me that occasionally he said he didn’t know where to send things yet we would be texting consistently on same number. Also it’s been a week and still do not have a copy of closed loan paperwork. He was nice and friendly though, and tried to be assuring. He gets points for that and never getting angry when I would pester or pin him down even after sending scolding texts!! Other agents would not be so calming or reassuring. He gets very high marks for that great customer service. I would even though we had a few issues work with him again because overall he has my best interests at heart!! Definitely an asset to company!!

  Gave me some weak excuse about capacity after a week of me time and effort into the application process and then rudely tried to outsource me to some other company. First it was we won't be able to give you a loan till February, and then when I said that was when I was planing on buying he dismissed me. It all felt like an excuse. So much for working with military. Take your business elsewhere.
