  I have been a member there for about 10 years. There are enough branches for me to visit whenever I am in Northern Massachusetts or Southern New hampshire. Service is very good, speedy, and informative..

  cannot tell you how many times ive gone to deposit a check there. the hours posted say they are open to 4. I rush home to make it there at 3:40-3:45and theyre closed, not once multiple times. always a minimum 10-15 minute wait just to call and make a car payment online (which they charge u a 10 dollar fee for) not happy not impressed whatsoever. the only reason i am using them is for my auto loan which is almost finished then never coming back to this horrible place.

  This credit union is horrible. We took out a low interest loan for our new heating system 3 years ago and have never missed a loan payment. I actually pay two to three months in advance. Well something happened and I think it was on there end. They say I missed a payment which I never did. So being a good customer that pays their bills they started with the threatening letters, unbelievable. I will never do business with these people again.

  I have moved and needed to change bank's. I have always been with Credit Union and I always do a lot of research. That being said I was their for the first time lastnight with the assistant manager Sarah Mackness. I am going to be having surgery and she was very intune with how sick I am . Sarah is an amazing woman who got my new account done with the best service and courtesy. I'm extremely grateful and impressed with my new bank and Sarah... Today it's amazing how many people are not professional and courtesy. Thank you Sarah you are amazing!

  This branch and whole credit union sucks, the people at the Methuen branch are all rude and unhelpful, I was yelled at and everything, I do not recommend these idiots to anyone! Stay away from this polished turd of a bank/credit union, I immediately pulled all my money out and took it elsewhere, if your thinking of opening an account with them, DONT

  my concern with this bank is that the ATM always has a problem most of the time I go the ATM has the same problem to get money and withdraw money and the customer service also always tells you the same thing that it was working well that it is very sorry And I have years with the same bank, so I have told you, they have almost two years with the same problem and they only know how to say they are sorry, then I have to travel to Dracut or Lowell to use the ATM most of the time 👀

  I waited close to 30 minutes to talk to someone about a home equity loan Was told after waiting 20 minutes it would be just 5 minutes for a man to help me. I watched 2 men walk around with no one in their offices and I finally left. The girl I told I was leaving really didn't care. And I am a member!!!

  Every time I go to take out cash or deposit money. The ATM machine is down. EVERY TIME without fail. I hate this bank.
