  This was one of the best places I've worked in my career. The biggest reason is the management team. They were encouraging, supportive, and informative every step of the way. When I put in my notice they wished me well. It's too bad my college isn't in the same area as the office.

  We were in need of a reliable accounts receivable management company that would be able to handle our large amount of clients. F.H.Cann and Associates provided better than expected service. Their high standards reflected well on our business relationships.

  Spoke with an associate trying to settle my debt. He lied to me trying to get me to pay a higher settlement cost(and he was not the first person to give me a higher cost). Then he continued to interrupt me on the phone and speak condescendingly and mock what I was saying on the phone. I later, after repeatedly calling, asking to speak with a manager, was told “there is no manager on duty”, I finally got a call from a manager, or so I told. I was told that he, the rep, walked over to the supervisor and asked her to call me. This was the second time that I caught the rep lying to me. Why would he say “there is no manager on duty” yet when the manager called me she said that “the rep walked over and asked me to call you”. Either the rep is a liar or the manager wasn’t a manager, only a rep pretending to be a manager. Either way this sounds like a company full of liars and thieves. I could give the name of the rep that acted in such poor taste and professionalism, but I am not going to not going to stoop to the level at which I was treated on the phone. The company knows who I am speaking of, and if they want to reach out to me with an apology, it could only help their case(not hard to move up on the totem pole of professionalism after being on the very bottom....no where to go but up as they say). Yet I doubt I will ever get as much.

  We have had issues in the past with other accounts receivable companies and were concerned when we were looking for a new company. F.H. Cann and Associates relieved our concerns immediately. Their extensive knowledge of industry specific best practices have been such a relief.

  This company is horrible. I had a payment plan set up back in August of 2019. After my 7th payment in January I requested a Title 4 letter. The letter was needed so that I could go back to school and receive some form of financial aid. I was told in January that the letter was mailed and faxed over to my school. I checkEd with the school and I was told that they never received the letter. I called and requested the again. And again and again. It is now March. After the third request the Department of Education are now telling me that someone removed my payment plan info out of the computer and now another department has to update my account info in the computer, That’s why the letter was never sent. After they already told me on multiple occasions that the letter was sent out. The more I call the more they get frustrated with me and some have even become rude. However I should be frustrated waiting 3 months for a letter to be faxed . And who knows if they will ever fax it. UNBELIEVABLE

  I couldn't be more impressed with the work F.H. Cann and Associates has done for us. Our company needed a reliable source for managing our accounts receivables, a company with integrity and successful outcomes. F.H. Cann and Associates created a plan that worked for us and we couldn't be happier.

  if it was possible to leave a negative star I would. This has to be the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. First of all the customer service is by far the worse (Id rather speak with comcast 10000 times before speaking to anyone from here) Second they have no idea what they are talking about. I called asking a questions was told I wasnt able to, okay fine then got a call back saying my loan was already out of the rehab program and asked "what do you want to do about this" and then "oh wait my manager is coming over okay so you are all set" my response " thanks for the freakin heart attack" the rep then laughed. yep she LAUGHED. If you have to deal with them and its for a student loan, get the loan into a rehab program, make the payments on time and try your hardest not to call them.

  F. H. Cann & Associates has relieved us of the burden of debt collection. They have increased our bad debt collections by thousands of dollars. We have seen collections increase month by month since we hired the company to provide this service.

  They told me if I made five payments I’d be on my way out of default. I made five payments. Then they changed their story and said I had to make two more payments to get the letter stating I was eligible for financial aid. I made two more payments. Still no letter. They have no problem taking my money yet they can’t keep their word.

  Accounts Receivables can be difficult. You need to be careful to have the right people representing your company. We have been so impressed with F.H. Cann and Associates ability to strategize and implement the best accounts receivable option for us.
