      It's been a while since I have had a really great dealer experience, and I've bought a lot of cars over the last 20 years. Bill Boruff CDJR I think falls into that great category. Right off, I'm not local to them (east coast) so I wanted to do the whole deal on emails and photos - just better for record keeping as phone calls can yield a whole lot of "but you said..." - and they rolled with it. I worked with Jason Fox and Burke Stephens over email, and we came up with an acceptable deal, based only on photos and good faith; I took a road trip out there this past weekend to make the deal, and it all went quite smoothly. Burke was indisposed when I arrived, so the in-person dealings were with Steve Parsons. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and accommodating, even having no problem with the fact that we had to bring a small dog with us due to the logistics of the trip! Now, since it was a trade+cash deal, I didn't spend more than a few minutes in the finance office just to sign the papers, so I can't speak to any sales tactics for financing or extended warranties or anything like that. Full disclosure: I would give a score more like "4.75 stars" if I could; while not 100% perfection all the way around, the only things docking the score in my mind were really small things - like some information I'd asked for about the car was slow to communicate and/or pictures didn't come through properly - and it's definitely closer to 5 stars than 4. Thanks guys; people are astonished when I tell them this Magnum is 10 years old.

      The whole experience was great. The only reason for the four they were very persistent about wanting me to finance in house even though I already had my financing arranged through my local credit union. I felt them trying to persuade me into using their financing wasted an hour that we could’ve been doing other things.

      We bought a 2011 Ford pickup from Bill Borruff before Christmas. We absolutely love the truck! But, the more we had to deal with the dealership and the people (mostly the service department) it had became a hassle. We paid for the extra warranty. Not long after we bought the truck the turbo went bad. We take it back to the dealership and when we come pick it up a month later they inform us that they had to put a used turbo on the truck... which would have been fine if it worked. It didn't, and we were back to the dealership within weeks for them to keep it another month. At least this time they gave us a rental. Finally the turbo is fixed and we are back on the road. Later the air conditioning stops working. By this time it's beginning to be summer and I have a 2 year old daughter. My husband works out of town so I just take it to the dealership. I leave it for a few days and they tell me warranty won't cover the parts needed to fix it and it'll be roughly 500 to fix, it needed a high pressure pump. I wanted to check around with prices and make sure they found the problem before I paid that much. So I pick the truck up and my husband takes a look at it. It didn't have a drop of freon!!! He fills it up and the air is still working just fine a month later. No need to spend 500 dollars or buy a new pump they said we needed. With all that being said we will never be back again. Worst experience with a service department I have ever delt with. I hope this review helps someone else.

      This an updated review from last year's one str review, Kaleigh was very helpful on getting the proper information for my truck's rear end warranty as well as Stanley the shop Forman, this will definitely change my mind on getting serviced at this dealer I'll definitely keep doing business with them as long as they have good counter personnel and mechanics there! Now I know my money was well spent! Thanks kaleigh and Stanley!

      So...I found my dream car on car gurus...and ended up at Jason Lewis for the viewing and test drive! I also got pulled over on my test drive for speeding in this 2014 Camaro SS ...lol (let off with a warning 🤣🤣) I looked at my sales man afterwards and replied "you know what they say if she gets you pulled over on a first date?" He said "no ...what?"...I replied "she's a keeper 🤣🤣🎉"....I'm a big on a loyalty!!! After a couple of hours of negotiating....I got a deal worth compromising and bought an extended warranty!! Almost 2 years later I still drive almost hour for all routine maintenance and needs!!! I truly feel these guys take care of me and appreciate my business!! Thank you for your amazing customer service!!!

      The folks at Bill Boruff were very professional and made you feel welcome. The sale person was a great person. He was the good ole country boy and so down to earth. He didn't pressure us and was very knowledgeable. We are returned consumer and will be back for our next vehicle purchase.       I called and made an appointment. I arrived at my appointment time. Someone immediately came out, as me what they could do for me. I told them my air conditioner was not working correctly... Sometimes it would blow out cold air, but after a 30-45 min trip, it would usually turn to hot air. Sometimes it would blow cold air on one side and hot air on the other. My husband had done some research and thought it was tsb codes needing to be flashed and updated. After approx. 30-45 min. They came back and said they had recharged it. The Freon was practically empty. They ask if we would want it checked for leaks. They could run a dye through it. I contacted my husband and he said it already had dye in it from previously being looked at. I told them we didn't want the dye ran through it. They came back and said yes it does have dye in it and they used a tool and didn't see any leaks. They said we will have you wrapped up in a few min. They came back after about another 30-45 min and said they also found a recall and they was fixing this. It would be a little longer.... My understanding was that they felt that the recharging of the Freon would fix the problem. I ask if they could also check the tsb codes. He told me they had checked them. They are all up to date.... When on my way home, about 15-20 min on the road. My air starts turning warm. By the time I got home (35 min drive). My air was blowing hot air!!! My husband calls them and was basically told we could bring it back up there but would have to pay another $95 +tax for a diagnosis... This is what should have been done in the 1st place! Not happy with the end results today!
