  I have been with State Farm for over 20 years. Within the last 6 months I attempted to move my Homeowners policy to my new home and add Boat Insurance onto my policy. The homeowners insurance was never switched over as I was initially told by my previous agent. And after 1 week of being told we would hear back about adding insurance to my new boat, nothing was getting done. The agent I had been working with since I was 16 years old was no longer meeting expectations for my family and I. After tons of unreturned phone calls and unanswered emails, I decided to change Agents. We found Jason Bishop, who was able to resolve the Homeowners policy within an hour of us making contact and is in the process of getting everything finalized on the boat insurance. His sense of urgency and communication has been amazing. He has made the process absolutely seamless!

He made personal visit to ensure I was meeting all qualifications for my food truck insurance.   Three years after moving from the USA back to Germany, I needed some verification on my past insurance policies with State Farm in order to get new insurance in Germany. After contacting my old insurance agency in the Quad Cities, Jason was extremely helpful getting the proper verification letters form the underwriting department of the State Farm Mutual home office. Very fast and professional handling of a not-so common request. Thanks again!
