  I have worked with Jarod twice. First when buying our first house, and recently when moving to a bigger house. Both times Jarod has been a most excellent resource, guiding us throughout the whole process. He his very knowledgeable and can spot potential pitfalls, and work to remove or mitigate them in advance. He knows the market well, and is able to explain it in very simple terms. Most importantly, he is a great loan officer, but he is also a good friend. He has impromptu calls to check-in on us, even when we weren't considering moving houses.
