  Jarod and Holly are AWESOME! Every other great review out there is 100% spot on, and the VERY few poor reviews can be traced back to purchaser issues, NOT the Fairway team. Jarod and Holly were exceptionally professional, fast, friendly, responsive... I could go on with positives and not a single negative. We went to them with 45 days until our desired closing date and they made it happen with ease and efficiency. They are an in-house lender and NOT a broker. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp in Fairmont MN to anyone in the area looking for a GREAT Mortgage experience!

  We had the pleasure of working with Jarod twice now. He helped us with the original sale of our home and then when we refinanced this year. Jarod is amazing to work with; prompt, professional, easy to get a hold of and a hard worker. He knows what he is doing and gets the job done. He was able to get us a great deal on our new loan and we could not be more thrilled! Hands down a great experience and we wouldn’t recommend working with anyone else!!

  I WAS a first time home buyer, and now I am a first time home owner with the help of Jarod and his staff at Fairway Independent Mortgage! They were super knowledgeable, patient, honest, and helpful! They go above and beyond to help their clients! I was always kept informed of my loan process, and when I did have questions I was able to communicate with them at anytime, and they never once made me feel like a bother!   Jared is an excellent lender, and one of most recommended referral options. He follows through with what he says, updates both client and agent, and ensures everyone has an understanding of what needs to happen or be done. He offers many options, and is flexible throughout the loan process. His customer is fantastic. Communication is key in real estate and lending, and Jarod doesn’t disappoint. I have no worries providing my clients his name for loan services - as I know Jarod will take care of them.

  My wife and I had a great experience working with Jarod and Sam. Jarod is a professional with a great humor and sound work ethic. Our realtor recommended Jarod to us when the house we were purchasing under-appraised with our original lender (who even agreed it should have appraised and suggested we find a different lender more local to our new home). Jarod reassured us that he would make it happen and get us the house. Since we weren't expecting the under-appraisal, Jarod had short notice before the closing date, but even then, he was able to get everything in order and had us closing on time. He demonstrated 'Minnesota nice' and answered our questions and concerns quickly by email, phone, and text, as well as followed up with phone calls to double check we understood the process each step of the way. Jarod takes the time to make the difference. Thank you, Jarod, for all the friendly gestures!

  Tim! Thank you for the kind words. Now that you are in Minnesota you need to try a Danish Kringle, Hotdish and some Casserole. Fair warning, stay away from Lutefisk and Lefsa. Enjoy your home!
