  James was so easy to work with. He immediately made me feel he could help me, asking questions and giving me information that helped me decide if he was who I would choose to refinance my property. Especially because I had not been able to have understand my situation and that I wasn't sure why. He assured me he could help and he did. Just awesome, friendly, knowledgeable just a great experience, I'm telling everybody about Mr Peters so if they're going to refinance or purchase he's their person to help.

  We spoke to James to discuss regarding refinancing, considering the low rates. He made us understand the TRUE savings we would get, with the refinance. We did some research and understood his assessment and finalized that a refinance would actually NOT benefit us. I am giving him a 5 starts since I spoke to many loan guys and none of them really helped us understand the actual savings, and we believed that a lower rate would mean more savings. James is super nice to speak to, he is extremely Genuine and does follow through. I definitely recommend him, and would reach out if the need arise in the future.

  He is 5 stars across the board for a reason. James shows a passion for his career and making people's dreams come true. He went above and beyond for my family while making sure to clarify the whole experience for us as first time home buyers. He is truly the best. Always kind and friendly. Always made us feel as if we were his only clients. We felt like a priority and that's huge in such a high stress environment. He reduced the stress immensely. If you are looking to buy a home, call him. I seriously have NO complaints at all.

  James did an awesome job. His response time is extremely superior!!! He always responded in a very timely manner, answer my questions thoroughly, he he wasn’t sure of something he would let me know that he will find an answer and get back with me, he never gave up on my loan process. He stuck with me through hard times because I had a lot of paperwork that was constantly having to be documented and questioned! I had a very long and lengthy paperwork trial that was due to my divorce and some how James stuck with me every step of the way, and I mean, it thousands of little steps at a time!!! Wow, James did an amazing job, he became my friend as well as my GREAT loan officer!!   The service that James provided throughout the entire process was amazing. Being a first time home buyer I was very nervous and stressed about the entire process, but James was very patient answered all questions, and even went out of his way to explain things so I had a better understanding. He answered all calls, texts, and emails in an extremely timely manner. I highly recommend going through James if you are looking to purchase a home!
