  I had my truck when I bring my truck in to get fixed I thought they will check the whole truck and make sure everything was okay before they gave it back to me I spent $5,000 with you guys I got my truck detail it's not fully clean right lights are still out in the front left side door mirror still broke semi tires were uneven didn't tell me gave truck back to me still making noise terrible

  I'm sure they don't realize that I also work on cars, but they always pad the time it takes to complete a job. If you don't believe me look your job up on YouTube. There intercom system sucks and I'm positive that they know it. Why can't they just text us or give us one of those pagers like restaurants do? Those guys that assist you at the desk are great and friendly at the end of the day, but this place can use some work.

  I set up an appointment online for the Service Department at James Martin Chevrolet for September 4th 2020, there was "absolutely " no mention on their site that no rental, no shuttle, very limited if any actual seats to sit and wait for the services may not be available. I spoke with Service Member in charge at James Martin name John Maddison he had no answers for me and my uncomfortable set up here at this dealership to gain my funds but not assist me with a ride home, coffee or anything on this morning. This visit to James Martin Chevrolet has been a disaster to begin the morning from a Customer stand point, Thank you James Martin Chevrolet.

  Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience with us was not an enjoyable one. Under normal circumstances, we would have been able to provide you with the vast majority of what you were seeking as far as comfort. Unfortunately, COVID has interrupted all of our lives and businesses, and as a best practice we have modified our current business practices to meet the recommendations of both the CDC, the State of Michigan and Wayne County. This would not have been normal practice for us prior to COVID, but we are doing everything we can at this time to accommodate what we can. We did double check our website, and we have had the same information on there since our return in mid-May, about the shuttle service being suspended and the customer lounge being closed. We hope that given another opportunity outside of these extenuating circumstances, we would exceed your expectations.

  The best Chevy dealership around. Very accommodating. Their coordinator Danita calls you personally when it's time to schedule maintenance. Plus she's a wonderful women. They assisted me when my credit was wobbly so I recommend them highly.

  Took my car in to get it checked, they were really friendly, the location was clean, if you're going go early, there will be a long line.

  Jake was great. He kept me informed of the entire process while my lyft rental car was being worked. I really appreciated the updates while waiting for the car to be repaired. Even though the entire staff that I encountered at James Martin Chevrolet was very helpful. I must say that Jake was AMAZING at his job and went above and beyond what he may have needed to for me as customer. I would recommend any lyft driver or regular patron going in for service speak with Jake..
