  I had paid for car insurance in June 2017 and had been givin an insurance card because my hubby was going to take his drivers test and they held on to the money until he had passed his test well we ended up moving they had informed us a few weeks later that it was just sent but they sent just cash in an envelope and I have never received it yet and they said it was sent January 17 I know I keep all my records and they say that even though I have made a police report there is nothing they are going to do to help make sure I get my money back and not in some shady ass way like sending cash. I get I paid with cash but you don't send cash in the mail
