  Jackie and her team is amazing. We found her through the MN website for first time homebuyer programs. She was rated as platinum. We were a little hesitant with the name of loan depot but she and her team were fantastic. Super responsive. Super helpful. Most importantly super nice and very knowledgeable. I can’t recommend her enough!

  Jackie and her team are the best of the best for mortgages and refinancing. The first question she asked is what are my goals with my financing. Now that is putting the customer first! Then she quickly delivered on my goals. She is knowledgeable, honest, communicative and fast! My favorite thing about Jackie is that she is also very kind. In my first interaction with her, I was already in the purchasing process of my home and I already had a lender I was committed to. That didn't stop her from spending an hour on the phone with me, listening to my issues and talking me through options. No pressure, just someone who cares about people. I knew I had to go back to her when I decided to refinance. Pick Jackie for your mortgage needs... she will not disappoint!

  Not only was Jackie professional, she was on top of everything, especially knowing when to wait to lock in our rate during the uptick. Her personality was genuine and her concern for our situation was bona fide! Even though our loan was unique in nature, she approached it with rectitude. Not to forget that a few days after our loan closed, Jacki surprised us with awesome gourmet cookies, now that was the topping on the cookie! Call Jackie for your loan, you won't be disappointed!

  working with Jackie is so seamless and easy. We have used her 3 times already, first to purchase our home, then a couple more times to refinance. Every-time the process is so worry free. Jackie is willing to go over anything as many times as you need to make sure you understand, also she'll run any numbers you want and make sure your getting the deal that you want. Weekly followups as well as reaching out with any questions I had is what you call customer service. Jackie and her team are the best!!

  Jackie was fantastic! She was thorough and extremely helpful. I needed to re-finance after a divorce and there were some specific terms in my divorce paperwork. Jackie explained everything to me in a way that made sense and was easy to understand. She also made sure I got everything I needed taken care of from a legal standpoint. Everyone on her team was so helpful and worked tirelessly to make sure my closing went quickly and smoothly! Jackie and her team are the best!
