  I'm a dealer in VA, I Called Jack Rabbit Auto Tags, spoke with Kevin, they are the nicest people give me all the information I needed and sent them the paperwork and they did the tags and called our mutual client in a couple days. Normally I have to chase the tag companies to get back to me or to my customer Not JACK RABBIT AUTO TAGS, they called my customer and Erika sent me a receipt. I would recommend them for fast friendly and painless service.

  Went in to register a trailer, guy looked at the paperwork said paperwork was fine just needed a picture of the VIN. Drove 3 hours for a picture of the Vin came back and now they need different paperwork so.I have to drive 3 hours again

  Today was the first time I dealt with Jack Rabbit Auto Tags. Erika was the person who helped me get my registration/suspension reinstated. I can’t say enough about her knowledge of the issue and what needed to be done to fix it. She communicated with the State as well as my insurance company & resolved the matter before I left her office. I have NEVER encountered this quality of service in the past. I highly recommend them for any auto license/ registration issues.

  I have been going to jackrabbitSince I was a teenager..Everything Has Changed.The Spanish woman in the back has a whole attitude. I asked her a friendly question,And she answered me so rudely, It wasn't like that beforeI just asked her about her hair color cuz it was done wrong it looks ugly,.And at one point in the beginning,She didn't do my insurance correctly,But everything else is nice. There was another issue where the Spanish guy that works there gets too personal ,to involved in people's insurance.I stopped going to him because I thought that was rude. So only Mike and Joe is there that I only think are awesome.Those are the only ones I'd rather go to.People act just cause they have a good job they think that they're above everyone, but just like God blessed you with that job ?he can take it too. Just my opinion.
