  Lily is so helpful This is the place you want to bank at. You call the phone number and something strange happens, they pick up the phone! Lol no recordings press 1 press 3 and wait for 40 mins! They actually pick up the phone! Great place and people to deal with.

  I have been with ithink financials since before 2013 when they were called IBMSE and I have never had such an horrendous experience, it is absolutely ridiculous and very distasteful the treatment that I have been receiving from IBM, I left a review before and I notice for some reason it is not up, not sure why but I will gladly leave another one because this is not the way to be treating someone that has been a member for years. If I could rate them negative 1. I definitely would, do not waste your time with this bank, especially in the middle of a global pandemic for them to be trying to make money of of their members is just atrocious.

  If I could give this bank zero stars I would. The staff are always rude, never smile, the hours are terrible they don't open until 9 but they close at 4pm what working individual can do their banking during those hours. Oh and don't try to run in during a lunch break to try and make a deposit or withdrawal or deal with a banker you most definitely won't get out of there faster than an hour no matter how simple your transaction. The search for a descent credit union in this area continues....

  I was trying to deposit money into a credit union in MA (DCU) and although I had to fill out a form the process was easy and quick. I never knew you could do deposits like this in another credit union! This was extremely handy as my credit union is not in FL. I was just staying here for a few weeks.
