  The employees at the Riverhead branch are amazing. They are friendly, efficient and patient. Truly grateful to have had the ongoing interactions to assist me with managing my fathers estate .

  Island federal credit union has done two mortgage's and one refi on a mortgage. Hands down. The best. They even helped me clear a couple of things on my credit score. Highly recommend.

  Can we talk about the 2 Russian ladies that don’t wear a mask. I walked in and they are freely sitting talking and walking without one. Management should really start doing their job about this. So inconsiderate for the people who walk in thinking that everyone is following the rules. I can only imagine how they are outside. I wonder who else has notices this? Definitely not going In there.

  Bay Ridge Federal Credit Union offers the best rates on cds. Customer service is fast and personal. I do all my banking right here and couldn't be more pleased. By the way if you find a better deal elsewhere they will meet that offer. What more can you ask for.

  Not wanting to put down any other credit union, but I am so glad to be able to be a part of B.R.F.C.U. Before that, I had an account with the big boy banks (for which they would milk you out with their constantly tagging "service fees" until you're out of money) to the smaller banks (which were really good until they get bought out by the big banks). But after reading up about credit unions, the only hard part was to be a qualified candidate for membership. Thankfully through my work place, they came by to offer anyone who worked there to be a member and I just jump in and I am so glad for it. Even my wife is a member through my association and we can never be more satisfied.

  Absolutely the worst set of people to deal with at the Long Island branch. They show no care to address your concern. I called to discuss my credit matter I had & ultimately their response was “you can go somewhere else to apply for a card with a lower interest rate” because they can’t do it there. They are a bunch of self centered individuals working there. Why did CWA get with this bank I have no idea. If I could of given zero stars I would. They are the worst!!!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

  When you go to take long from them, they are so polite, as kind as a cobra to hypnotize you. And then when you call on some issue, they are very rude, no human qualities. I advise you better not have contact with them. Slaves of money

  I have a mortgage with BFCU. The process was a little frustrating, mostly due to a very fickle Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac. But, they were polite, apologetic for the inconvenience, and the mortgage specialist were generally available to talk, during business hours. The best part was the interest rate, and the total cost of the loan was less then every bank in Bay Ridge. ( I checked everyone out) The only down was the receptionist(s) either on the phone, or in person, (it may of been just one person) . She was short and bothered by your presence. Thankfully, the people you are dealing with are professional.
