  The staff at Island Federal Credit Union are amazing!!! They are so friendly and willing to help no matter what I ask of them! I was thinking of switching banks at one point to one that was closer to my home but it’s the kind people at Island that made me continue doing business here and taking that extra 20 minutes to get business done! That’s how incredible the team is here! :)

  I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at our Sayville/ Bohemia location. The staff is incredibly kind and patient. I’m actually going to close my other bank account and solely use Island Federal. I would be extremely proud and grateful if the staff at this location worked for me.

  I will travel out of my way just to go to the Sayville Branch. After a puppy damaged my card I had a new one in less than a minute. They are friendly, extremely helpful and will go above and beyond to make you feel like a valued customer. Can’t say enough great things about them!!

  I needed something notarized but my bank didn't have a notary that day. I walked into the island Federal in Sayville hoping that a notary was available. I was welcomed by friendly faces and a notary in the office was more than happy to help me. The way I was treated and the welcoming attitudes have me thinking about switching banks.

  Amazing is a word that describes the entire staff at the Sayville Branch. Their knowledge of the credit unions products and services and professionalism are unlike anything I have ever experienced at other financial institutions. The teamwork they display is rare and admirable in todays world where most people are only interested in their own tasks. I’m extremely grateful that there are incredible people at Island to assist members like me achieve their financial dreams.

  The staff is very courteous and helpful. The bank teller Alexis is always super sweet and friendly. I would recommend this bank to my friends and family

  Great workers. The worker I came in contact with that assist was amazing and friendly with a beautiful smile I believe her name was jahnaysia not sure if spell correctly..
