  I love the nice friendly atmosphere when you walk in the Massapequa branch. They know my name and greet me by name. They are professional and assist in any way possible. Cynthia, Annabel and Jennifer are always upbeat and happy. It’s always a pleasure dealing with one of them. I highly recommend this branch. Kathleen from the Brooklyn branch has help me over the phone and also has a great personality.

  Long story short, someone closed out my account with no ID, everything through mail. Not helpful in getting it back. Out 26k. So, I guess after seeing my review, DM reached out to see if she can help. To no prevail, not helpful once again. So, she decided to hang up on me or maybe phone call was disconnected. Either way she didn't call back.
