  I do most of my banking needs here at Isabella Bank. The employees are awesome people with a polite and friendly attitude. You don't find them in very many places anymore. Hard to actually walk in a establishment and get a chance to get their attention let alone any polite helpful employee now says. But when you walk into these doors here at this establishment you receive real genuine polite and friendly comments and fast service. Thank you

  Although there was an initial issue when opening my account, it was quickly resolved with a phone call and excellent customer service from Kylie. Would highly recommend to others looking to open a bank account

  Extremely poor customer service. Inability to solve basic account problems. The entire debit network has gone down in the past. Continue to send junk mail amd paper statements after multiple opt outs and continue to charge me monthly for a 'paper statement' fee. Have had numerous missed payments to bills due to the failure of their autodraft system. Hidden fees and charges that they will not waive and cannot be opted out of. After numerous attempts to correct problems I threatened to take my business elsewhere. The response from the teller, " yeah its probably time for you to go." So that's how you treat customers? Do not use this chain of banks EVER! I have this bank in my home town, they are as crooked as a bank can get.

  I have my mortgage through them. It wasn't a terrible process but the online experience seems like it was coded by a child from a 3rd world country. Its sad.
