  My husband and I had the best experience with Iris Mortgage. We were having difficulty with trying to get a mortgage through a bank, then a friend recommended Iris Mortgage and they were exactly what we needed. Zach helped us through every step and was at the top of his game with communication and being informative. The process moved so quickly that we were able to close on our home within three weeks after switching lenders. I highly recommend working with this company, they are very personable and put your needs first.

  My husband and I have only amazing things to say about Chris Thomas and Iris Mortgage! There is a huge stigma around the VA loan so as a veteran family we were looking for a team who was knowledgeable and passionate about the VA. We found that here with Iris Mortgage. Chris went above and beyond in every step to assure we got the best rates and things were done in a timely manner. If you are looking for a team who will make you feel like their number one priority, look no further. His communication, transparency and honesty made this process so much less stressful!   We needed a top affordable mortgage broker and Iris Mortgage did not disappoint! They were able to identify the best lender with great rates for our situation. The whole experience was very unusual but in a good way because it was truly a white glove treatment. They made sure everything was done in a very timely manner and updated us through-out the whole process. I needed help understanding the closing statement so I contacted them and within minutes I received a phone call. I research EVERYTHING and even though it takes time it usually pays off like it did with Iris Mortgage. I definitely recommend them!!

  Refinancing could not have been easier. Not only was the whole process smooth and hassle free, but my rates and closing costs were minimal compared to every other company I checked with. Zach was very friendly, professional, and his communication was great. He handled everything, all the paperwork, contacted banks, insurance companies, etc. All I had to do was to send in documents. He also kept me updated on the progress of the loan and any questions were always responded to quickly. I will definitely be using Iris Mortgage for any future mortgage needs. Thank you guys for making this process as easy as it could be.

  Chris was (and still is) amazing to work with! We switched to him/Iris after a displeasing experience using a different, recommended, broker that supposedly deals with military service members/veterans. Within the first hour I connected with Chris he was able to complete steps in the process that took 3 months to complete with the previous broker/firm. From start to finish it took (minus the holidays) 2 weeks to close!! To boot, he got us an even lower rate and saved us $$ in fees. He's still going to bat for us, even after closing, with the VA funding fee refund. Overall, I'd HIGHLY recommend Chris/Iris Mortgage! He's thorough, knowledgeable, speedy, caring, and puts the customer's needs first! He's a Rockstar! Thank you Chris!

  Chris was a rockstar! He handled every detail, communicated regularly with us and our realtor, and executed our VA loan flawlessly. Even our realtor said, “where did you find that guy? He was great to work with!” Whenever we had questions he did all the leg work to get us the exact answer and took the time to explain. We couldn’t have asked for the process to go more smoothly. He will be our go to broker from now on.

  By far the best lender I’ve worked with. I own several rental properties, and the all-around service from Chris and team are top notch. Extremely responsive, organized and helpful.
