  If I could leave a zero I definitely would. I was treated extremely rude, I wasn't accepted due to something allegedly I had on my credit yet she couldn't tell me what but mentioned it anyways. I told her it's a mistake and sure enough I called and it was. So I told her and she was so beyond biased and just disrespectful and rude she took offense and still wouldn't let me. Also she took it upon herself to take a copy of my liscence without my permission. This place is awful. From the start they made me feel very unwelcome. Zero for me. Not a good crew. Terrible people and terrible bank

  If I could leave no stars I would. The person we talked to in their loan department has no idea how their loans/interest actually work, OR they lied to us. Their “principal only” payments are a joke and they steal interest from you rather than applying it to interest only. Don’t use them, use a different bank that won’t rip you off. Glad we found someone else to work with.

  I am impressed by the professional, straightforward, easy banking IQ provides. My favorite part was when the nice (very smart) young lady told me I could bring my dog inside too! Terrific service at IQ made the entire experience super easy and nice. I appreciate the free coffee, but mostly, I am flabbergasted by how the staff that does their job, with shuch a zest for the company, and life. This isn’t a paid ad, and I set up an account for a person who has never had a bank account. I am seriously impressed with the quality of staff an genuinely great biz. Cudos IQ

  Payed my credit card off, and asked them to cancel and cut up the credit line. The lady also canceled my debit card, then I went to get a new card, and they tried to use the same card number which then didn't work either, then they tried to make me pay to send me a card that they canceled for no reason.

  this CU is more about rules and regs than people. deposited $17,500 via wire, they charged $10. I asked for it to be waived. They said "No", "it is policy that you received in the 200 pages of documentation." First time in 40 years I have had a financial institution fail like this. too bad.

  Not too happy put over 200$ into my savings account friday went to pull out 20$ saturday night and it tells me my card is decilnd and that i need to contact my issuer so i went to check my balance and it wouldnt even tell me my balance gives me the same message good thing i have money in a better bank that will let me use my own money instead of screwing me!!

  I've never had any problems with this credit union, and the staff are very friendly. That's all I have to say, I guess.
