  This branch has super friendly staff that helped me open accounts for my kids. They even gave my kids a box full of activities.

  Not sure why they're closed on Saturday wen other locations are open it would be nice if they did open Saturday because it's closest to my apartment in washougal

  Very irresponsible bank they lost my cars title and the showed no remorse and did no apologize when I find out. They seemed very uninterested on the phone and offered me no assistance. I asked what they could do, and the lady helping me just stayed awkwardly silent. Now I don't have 17k cash and no title. I plan on reporting them to the DOJ and pursuing further action. If you like working with children this a great place to go. Such a waste of time...

  My husband took $100 out of the ATM but his money never came out. When he went inside to talk to someone they acted like he was lying and wouldn't even check the ATM camera. We then had to dispute it with our credit union which is BS since they never gave us the money. We will never come back here for anything.

  While not having had the opportunity to use Brittani personally I have the privilege of meeting with her weekly and it is easy to see her passion for what she does. She takes the pain of buying a car away and goes above and beyond for every one of her clients. In knowing numerous folks who have used her there is not one that has not been blown away by Brittani and the IQ team. Whether it is needing a loan or help finding the right car you are sure to be taken care of.

  I went in to open a business account and Kristi was amazing! She was friendly, fun, and excited to hear about my company. I love iQ!

  Friendly staff inside but usually stick with the atm where I can deposit checks and cash. Super bonus that this institution is in network with my company's credit union.

  I went in to see about opening an account the asst branch manager was rude acted like it is a privlige to be with them when it is not theres lots of credit unions around the area
