  I can’t thank Cesar enough! As a first time home buyers we are more than happy and pleased with the experience! He was very professional and helped us around the clock if we had any questions. He went above and beyond for us and helped us get an amazing rate. He made us feel well taken care of and Cesar became like family to us.   Cesar was amazing to work with. He checks all of the boxes - knowledgeable, responsive, encouraging and kind. This is my 6th home purchase and he was by far the best I have worked with. His communication kept me up to date and took the stress out of this process. He recommended realtors that did a great job for me as well. I don’t plan on moving anytime soon, but if that changes, Cesar will be my first call!

  As first time homebuyers, we did a lot of research on what to expect. There are a lot of great sites out there but we still had a lot of questions. Cesar was very patient with us and explained things in terms we could understand. He stayed up to day with our schedule and was very accommodating to the deadlines we wanted to meet. He was always very responsive which was a great help. I can't thank him enough!!

  I gotta say Cesar is the best. We have purchased two properties with his expertise and will continue to do so with Cesar in the future. What can be a stressful process has been mitigated substantially due to his expertises. Never a problem getting in touch. Cesar response time is excellent and prompt. Fast as lightning. Just a great person as well. You won’t regret working with the best loan officer there is, Cesar Gastiaburu.

  Cesar was great to work with from start to finish. He was professional and an excellent communicator. He went above and behind for our clients and helped explain things in a way we could understand. He was available on the weekends and made sure that the transaction closed on time.   Cesar succeeded where no one else could! We had a ‘complicated file’ so to speak. There were lots of small student loans that added up to a lot, which were all in different stages. We had a complex combination of investments, some restricted and some not. We had improved our credit score recently but had to overcome some hurdles to get there. All of this lead every other lender to avoid us like the plague. But then came Cesar! Cesar put the puzzle together perfectly and not only did he get us approved but he got us a VERY competitive rate AND we closed in 21 days! He not only got us into our home but he coached us along the way and guided us with strategies to put our best foot forward. We’ll continue with Cesar as long as he is in the business and look forward to partnering again in a couple of years (or sooner) for a refi! Thank you for everything, Cesar. We truly couldn’t have done any of this without you!
