      Mobile app SUCKS use to be good and efficient then they changed it. Now it's more work and poor layout. It's JUST another place to deposit and withdraw your paycheck. It's a " use to be" but no longer.

      Excellent credit union with great savings, investment, and loan options. Christmas Club is a great way to put money away all year long to pay for holiday expenses. Very untuitive online and app functions as well

      Incredibly frustrating trying to deal with mortgage department. I understand doing things virtually can throw a wrench in the plans but that gives you no excuse to lose all empathy. I've banked here for almost 20 years. Bank held original mortgage and I just wanted to refinance to take advantage of these low rates. 3 and a half months into the process and it felt like we were no closer to the finish line than when we started. When I expressed my frustrations I was told "I have to understand this is just how long things take". Contrary to their bill boards, they may live here but they most certainly do not "get it". I decided to try First State Bank. Worked with Lance out of Middlebury, to say the difference was night and day doesn't quite fully explain it. I sent him the paperwork Interra already had(that they said was not enough information) and loan closed in 5 weeks. Do yourself a favor, save your time and use another bank.

      I have had to many bad or negative things happen with them to recommend. Most notably, A branch not filing paperwork correctly, then taking money from me that they reimbursed me back as a result of their own negligence/ non communication with me to fix their own error. I can't say if this is the normal, but I would rather Bank elsewhere to a company willing to fix their mistakes in a timely manner.

      Incredibly frustrating mortgage department. Certainly overwhelmed. The most difficult part is that they seem to have lost all the care they once had as a local bank. I find it harder to work with Interra than Chase. Do not expect returned phone calls.

      I specifically signed up for no overdraft protection and have been hit with $128 in “courtesy pay” fees and my account was automatically switched to a flex checking. I requested that they be reversed, and I was told it’s not possible unless it’s their fault. The issue seems to be that my autopay preauthorizes the day before and they charge the fee even if my direct deposit is pending at the same time and clears before the charge happens. Wells Fargo has a system that recognizes this and charges no fee. If you keep a lot of extra money in your account it’s fine, but I switched jobs and had times where my check came in and my bills came out around the same time. The online and app experience are also lacking and a bit convoluted. If you bank in person and have extra money, you’ll be fine here. If you ever plan to be down on your luck and month to month on bills I cannot recommend banking here, because their system is not set up to recognize that you have pending money to counteract the pending transactions that will not come out for 3 days after the direct deposit.

      Run don't deal with this bank under any circumstances they are dishonest they don't follow through with little things like paperwork they took money from my partner they weren't intitled to but good luck getting it back

      Great place to use for banking. Been a member since 1991. Fees are minimal or non-existent. Architecture is amazing. Perks for members like overdraft protection. Interest on checking and savings accounts.

      The worst bank ever to get a loan at. I was pre approved for one amount and i actually signed all papers for the loan and i found a house for that price and put earnest money down and one day before closing date they tell me that they looked over the loan and wont be able to get me a loan for that amount. Would not recommend

      Great local bank. They don't charge unnecessary fees and reimburse you for foreign atm fees. Plus you earn interest every month. I used to bank with 1st Source and they SUCK (fees for literally everything!)
