  Cathy and her team understand the home buying process is emotionally difficult. They do their part to ensure accuracy, efficiency and made me feel as if I were the only client they had at the time. They made me feel like I had a team of experts working for me, because I did. They were also easy to talk to, returning messages quickly even after hours and on weekends if need be. When we closed on our home, Cathy showed up with a gift making sure we had everything we needed and made me feel special.

  I would hope that anyone dealing with a loss has better luck than we have had. The most unhelpful group of people in the loss draft department. Insurance money has to go through the mortgage dept but they do not pay out unless you call them weekly to get someone to do their job. So even when insurance pays you are lucky to get any of that money before 1-3 months. Absolutely infuriating process to get the money to fix your home back to the way it was. 👎🏼👎🏼 It’s not always people in the front of the office, it’s how your treated when you have a problem.
