  Mandi and her team are incredible! We've worked with them 4 times now; 2 purchases and 1 refinance with my husband and one purchase for my mother. They are patient, professional, communicative and supportive during a process that is more than a little stressful. It's obvious that they enjoy what they do and care about their clients.   I had the pleasure of working with Teresa Hassler Hadley in the financing of our new home. Before my wife and I were even serious about the home search, she was always responsive to any of the questions I had about buying a home. I am a first time home buyer, and Teresa had made the experience very easy to understand. We had an offer put in for a home in the last week of February and we closed on the second week of March. It went extremely smooth and we had little to no anxiety of the signing and paperwork Teresa needed from us. I would highly recommend Teresa to any person who was in the process of buying a home. Teresa is the best!!

  Matthew Barrett and his team rocks! Not only did we close our loan 2 weeks earlier then expected, not only were the fees and interest rate less than America First or Quicken Loans..... I thought we were done! Intercap now sends us home value reports, calculators to show us the effect of making additional principal payments and even a few helpful real estate articles. This is my 4th home buying experience and this one has been the best! Thanks to Matt and Intercap.

  Team Mandi Henroid is PHENOMENAL. Buying a home in this crazy market in salt lake was not stressful at all working with them and getting our loan. In a matter of fact they made it fun. They were very helpful and constantly kept us up to date with what was going on. They worked on our files at all times of the day which I thought was awesome even if they didn’t have to. This is our first home purchase and I do not regret going working with Team Mandi one bit. We’re happy after buying our home but will miss working with Mandi and Amy at Intercap. We highly suggest them as your next lender!

  Brandon Williams and his team over at Intercap Lending are AMAZING! If you think you are going to find better service or rates somewhere else, think again! Being a first time buyer I definitely had a lot of worry and questions about the finance end of everything. There is just some much to understand! But Brandon expertly coached me through the entire process from beginning to end. And even when things became a little complicated with my personal situation, Brandon was right there answering texts at every hour (even weekends!) and making sure I felt confident every step of the way!   The service that we received from Burt and Intercap was amazing. Our self-employment made for a somewhat complex loan that other loan officers didn't take the time to understand. Burt not only took the time, but provided us with multiple options that we were able to choose from. He was very responsive with communication and kept us in the loop with any details that we needed to be aware of. Best loan closing experience we've ever had.
