  I cannot recommend working with Dante more. From start to finish he was fantastic. I had chatted with a couple lenders before pulling the trigger on a refinance and ultimately went with Dante. Not only is he knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing, but he went out of his way to make the process as smooth as possible for me. I was out of state as I started this process and my flights kept getting switched due to COVID and we had to adjust my close date and it was a mess but Dante was super responsive (even on the weekend when my flights changed) and got it all taken care of very painlessly. He was able to work with the county to procure a few documents for me that would have been difficult to get copies of while I was out of state and answered every question I had promptly and expertly. I had put off refinancing for a while due to how overwhelming it felt but Dante made it so easy that I don’t know why I waited so long or what I was so worried about. I’m currently acquiring property in another state and I am so bummed Dante isnt licensed there because I wish I could have him running point on it all. If you’re in Utah and need anything, I can’t emphasize this enough, GO TO DANTE! He will go the extra mile in every interaction and make sure to find the best scenario that works for your situation.

  I bought my house last year in august and I sent out my info to about 6 different places to get approvals, at the time it was the start of everyone moving out and buying a house and so lending places were booked! After about 2 weeks of waiting and not getting any type of response back from the lenders I asked a friend from work who they used to purchase there house and I was referred to Dante from intercap lending I emailed him and next day he emailed back and was ready to start working, he was working from home due to all of the COVID restrictions and with having a crazy busy life he was able to answer any question I had regardless of time of day. Constant updates with what was going on through the entire process and would even give me advice on certain things. Literally the best in the game 5/5 starts 🙌
