Not going back. Service is awful. Ladies tonight had an attitude because they were busy...they were trying to not let us in because they were busy upstairs with taxes even though we arrived a complete hour before closing time. Once upstairs, I continued to hear people being turned away because they were too busy, which is utterly unprofessional. Waited a total of 1 hour and 27 minutes for a service that took 2 minutes ( getting a copy of taxes). Will not use them to file ever again, even though this was the 3rd year I have used them.

Very bad experience! On two occasions I have had to go to that place with Mrs. E. Martinez with a very bad attitude and little professionalism. I think that not all female employees are the same except for Mrs. with the signature of E.martinez. We are in 2017 and there are many ways to take a shipment and report taxes without having to leave home;)
