  I've been a customer at this bank for over 5 years. It's the ONLY bank I've ever dealt with, that after you have specifically requested NO OVERDRAFT PROTECTION, chooses to "at their discretion" pay an amount that would overdraft your account & then charge you a fee. If it is at their discretion, it should be at their expense also! I chose not to have overdraft protection to avoid the overdraft fees. It apparently doesn't matter at this bank!

  6 women and only one that knows how to make a debit card! She is busy opening a new account. The other 5 are setting around yaking it up. Hopefully the one doing all the work gets paid the biggest bucks. That isnt normally how it works. I have been here 42 min. Listening to teller talk.

  Charges to cash a check written from their bank, I have never been to a bank with this practice

  Been banking here for 10 years and more than satisfied with service. Personnel are both helpful and friendly.
