  Excellent customer service. The tellers are very fast and efficient. Joanma in customer service is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. She is excellent in assisting our company with our accounts. They are always looking out for us in our best interest. We highly recommend this bank as a five star community bank. They treat the customers like family.

  No wonder no one wants to bank here. Can’t even help with quarters. The lady told me I don’t have a bank account there and pointed to the laundry mat to get quarters. You’re a bank and supposed to offer bank services. I go into Wells Fargo and Bank of America and get quarters anytime I need! Don’t bank here.

  We are sorry we were not able to assist you. Unfortunately, this is not a service we offer anymore to noncustomers. This action was taken for various reasons including but not limited to branch security. Of course we are disappointed with the content of the statements as they do not accurately reflect or represent the embodiment of an institution that has been serving the South Florida community for over 45 years. Longevity, respect, and basic caring is why many customers have been banking with us for generations.

  I have been using this bank for over 15 years. My reviews have changed thru time based on my experience with different customer service representatives. But I have to say Joanma makes such a difference in this bank she goes above and beyond to assist in any situation when needed she is a very professional individual and an asset to your organization. Thank you Joanma for making a difference.

  I have had Interamerican bank for almost 17 years and the service on this hialeah branch is great i have never had any problem with tellers ,or any other personal

  I am new to this bank, however my husband is not new, he's been with this bank more then 15 years, and believe me, i have to deal with different banks due to my job, and i wish this bank was out of Florida, we have different location in all United States and the services of this bank can't compare with the services at other banks, example Wells fargo or either Bank of America, big bank need to learn how small bank works and the relation ship they have with their clients, big bank only care about how much $$ is getting and they have they worse customer service.

  Horrible bank. Horrible manager. Horrible service. This bank is super outdated and the workers in this branch, the manager specifically, is super unprofessional.
