  I have been working with (Shari) for multiple years. After having leads that were cold, unresponsive, and had already been to multiple dealerships it was refreshing to work with these leads. Most customers are easy to get a hold of with immediately opting into text. Also customers are not recycled and have often just started in the process, Better quality customers, better response time, and better job/residence time equals better deals and pay for everyone. Say bye to deep deep subprime ;)

  InterActive is a great lead source. These leads do respond, which is definitely promising. The interactive CRM quite easy to navigate. The automated messages are very helpful and do get the customers to respond. This was an overall great investment.

  We've been amazed at their CRM platform which I'd heard nothing but awesome things about and it's true. We use their CRM solely for several different sources now and it's been a total joy.   The team of Carissa and Meghan have been fantastic to work with. I would recommend these ladies and company to everyone I know in the business. The professionalism and communication sells itself. Most portals are very tough to follow but the portal they provide is very easy to work with. I will continue to do businesses with this company and would advise everyone else to do the same.

  I have worked with several subprime lead providers for the past 16 years. We recently switched over to Interactive and I am blown away with the results. We hit mid month of Jan with just 82 leads and out of that we sold 14 units! Also just as important to that is the service we receive from getting credit for a bogus lead or someone lied on the app their turn around time for crediting is amazing. I feel that we are in business together and not just a number to them! I would STRONGLY recommend them!

  I started buying leads from these guys about 2 months ago, I wish that I'd signed up sooner. So far the leads are as good as advertised (14% closed last month with a couple of deals still working), but what's really blown us away is the texting. We sold 3 cars last month without ever actually speaking to the customer until they came in, they set their own appointment via text, it showed up on our calendar, and they came in ready to get something done. We tried a few cheaper lead providers first and pretty much got what we paid for, IFMG's leads aren't the cheapest, but they are more than worth the money.

  In 20 years far and away the best lead company I have ever dealt with. The leads are good quality, people at Inter Active are eager to help you. We are killing it at about 22% closing ratio.. Would highly recommend.

  Great subprime lead provider. Very easy to work with and customers are aware that we are calling them. Leads are great in Value and very easy to make gross profit to pay for the monthly charge. Please consider CarLoan as your Subprime lead provider. They are awesome!

  These guys and gals are magnificient! Their program allows you to contact prospects and customer and maintain the relationships even after the sale! In today's environment of social media, they put you on the cutting edge and allow you to compete and serve your customers in the easiest and time sensitive way! On the backside, they bend over backwards to service their clients, answer their questions, and resolve their concerns in a most expeditious manner and act like a true partner in the business!
