  If you think good help is hard to find, you haven’t worked with Randy Tubbs! He is by far the best mortgage loan officer we worked with ever! He went above and beyond for our virtual home buy all the way from Alaska. Always responsive and knowledgeable to any questions we might have had. It has been a pleasure to work with someone who has your best interest at heart!

  Brandon and his team worked tirelessly to help make navigating the purchase of our first home easy and seamless. Brandon answered every question quickly and thoroughly (first time home buyers, so there were a few), and made sure that we understood just exactly where we were in the process at what was required.   Very nice people to work with, and responsive. I would send a message off hours, and I would still get a quick response. The process is long and they tell you that upfront given the current circumstances - low rates, many refinancing/financing, and uncertainty with Covid 19. But thiis is definitely a good time to work on your mortgage and Intelligent Mortgage will help you with it.
