  I’d like to start off by saying I am absolutely satisfied with my entire experience with integrity mortgage! Jake was always very informative and was always by his phone to help answer any questions my wife and I had! This was very important to us as this was our first home we were purchasing and had a lot of different questions and Jake was ALWAYS able to help out! Tammy also does a fantastic job! She is also very informative and does a great job on getting your loan to the closing table! I feel this company truly cares about your needs and wants to get you in a home and will do what it takes to do so! I would 10/10 every time recommend integrity mortgage with Jake, Denny, and Tammy!   Jake and his team at IMG went above and beyond to help us close on our house. When a complication arose with our loan, Jake reached out to several other lenders to find someone he knew and trusted who could bring us to close—for no personal benefit to himself, only to help us get our house. Definitely exemplifies “integrity” and lives up to their name: Integrity Mortgage Group.

  Jake and the rest of the staff at Integrity mortgage made a bad situation very painless. My wife and I were moving to Florida and had already sold our house in Indiana. Work transfer fell through due to the pandemic. Called Jake and he took really good care of us. I truly can't thank him enough.

  I was referred to Integrity Mortgage by our real estate agent and I am so grateful for her recommendation. Jake was a joy to work with, so kind, professional, helpful, and incredibly easy to get a hold of. Unexpectedly, we had some funny stuff to contend with on our end and he was incredibly knowledgeable, and patient. He was great about following up, and going above and beyond making phone calls FOR us. Tammy was a gem, too, she made sure we knew what were supposed to do, and have ready for closing. I should mention we were in CA, preparing to move to IN, so having these two incredibly competent people working on our home purchase, was beyond comforting. They handled our situation, so we wouldn't have to worry about a thing.
