  How is the only ATM out of service for months? It doesn't work 9/10 visits. The inside one is usually stocked with only 100's. You have one drive thru ATM! How hard is it to maintain that? Unbelievable.

  I've been coming here for about 10 years now. Love the staff, love the location so much that when I had moved out of town for a while, I'd drive all the way here from 30 mins away just to have them handle my banking et ceteras. Everyone knows what they're doing and are SO friendly and attentive. This particular Chase is one of the best ones ever. EVER!

  Very bad experience with this bank. Customer service is horrible and unprofessional. Vendor interaction is degrading . They look down on others with professions that aren’t up to their standards and talk to people like they are above everyone .

  8 $ FEE, to cash each Check, that comes from their bank. Money Hungry company, do you know how hard A LOT of us work for that?

  I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes to have one sheet of counter checks printed (takes no time at all to do this).

  The people here are always friendly and helpful. I've been very happy with the customer service here, they are always willing to help.
