  I have refinanced with Integrity Lending Solution 3 times now and every refi presented a challenge that Debbie Lopez took on and solved for me. I have never been more impressed with a mortgage broker than I am with Debbie Lopez and Integrity Lending Solutions. She has always managed to find a way to help me when I needed to refinance, even this last while I was unemployed. Other lenders said: Can't be done! Debbie said: Let me see what I can do! And she found a lender that would refinance my loan. It took some research and help from a friend but I don't want bore you with details. Suffice it to say: Without Debbie's help, I would have had to sell my house last year. I highly recommend Debbie Lopez at Integrity Lending Solutions. She is the Best!

For me the three key aspects of a good lender are communication, reliability and expertise. Mark and Justin check all three boxes and then some.   Integrity is able to get loans and refinances done when the big banks can't or won't. Justin and Mark process loans quickly, even when your credit history is not great shape. No one I trust more with my home loans and refinancing than Integrity Lending Solutions.
