  I have not gotten to visit this location in person but I did have the pleasure of corresponding with Ms. Katrina in regard to licensing. She is so kind, hyper efficient & made our dealing with this insurance department a truly enjoyable experience. Alabama, you are lucky to have her!

  I done talked to mutual saving life insurance company constantly about my brother policy and they keep relaying me back to the company. I done spoken to this company and with no results and this is why I reached out to them. When a company has done your terrible service it's just hard to get help as if you have to take what the company says and that's how it goes and that's wrong.

  Incompetent employees. Being civil makes up for incompetence, but when you combine stupidity with low regard for others you get disaster. I’m not sure how this department still stands. Every time I come into contact with them I hope for the better but it just gets worst.

  The consumer division never answers the phone or call you back like it says on their voicemail. I’ve been calling for 3 months and never get a call back. I ended up having to ask the producer division.
