  I've had nothing but positive experiences at this pawn shop. My husband pawns stuff here all the time and Juan is the friendliest guy here. They have reasonable prices and rates here and thank you for treating us well.

  After reading reviews I had stopped by this place to pawn an electronic 3/8 impact from matco tools. Even with the whole bag and chargers and paperwork from when I purchased it on the tool truck the girl behind the counter who was waiting on me wouldn't accept it due to a scratched sticker with the model number. I hate to assume but she didn't really seem like she wanted to help by taking the time to look up the information from the matco website which has pictures matching what I brought in. I went down the street and they had no problem accepting it at a different place. I won't be returning here for anything after my experience today. EDIT: serial number was there it was the model number that wasn't clearly visible. Serial number is engraved on 2 locations for the tool. I'm not gonna sit and argue though. Another place took care of me and I know they didn't do anything "illegal" like your stating cuz he was able to clearly read the Serial number as it was visible the whole time.

  It is against State Law to take in any item with a defaced serial number. Sorry we could not help you today.

  I never wanted a refund. You said you would exchange it for another but you changed your mind. Do not lie cause I gave back the remote and left without causing a commotion. If this could let me put no stars, I would. Yall do not deserve to be open.

  We sold you that remote at a major discount as is and told you what was wrong with it, you then came back into the store to cause a scene about it and we even tried to replace the remote for you, but you wanted a cash refund and we do not do that and you knew that when you purchased it. In no way shape or from did we steal your money, you were able to exchange it but chose not to. Sorry to have lost your business but do not publicly lie about us when we’ve had great reviews over the last year.

  Been dealing with these guys for years. Top notch staff. Very knowledgeable on their products. One of the friendliest pawn shops I've ever been to. They specialize mainly in gold (which they pay top dollar for.) They usually have a great selection of musical instruments and high end electronics (which is my favorite thing about pawn shops.) They seem to emphasize quality over quantity. They are also clean and seem to take pride in merchandising their products (unlike some other shops who just stack things on top of each other.) They don't haggle prices but there's really no need to, since they very fairly price all of their items. I highly recommend this pawn shop.

  This place seems a little on the shady to me. I took my gold ring there 6 months ago to get a loan and was given a cash offer. Didn't get the loan that day but went back today with the same ring. The guy working there said it wasn't real gold, which I TOTALLY know it is real. Went to Cash America down the street and got the loan I needed. Same thing happened with my neighbor. Something not honest about this place.....FYI

  Awesome prices and great service. I've been going there since they open up. They have great specials and the management team is very helpful and knowledgeable. And I go to a lot of pawnshops this is the best that I ever been. Keep up the good work.

  Horrible ! I bought a tv from them before and never was late cashed out and purshased it . Went back to get a tv for my living room from them , got hospitalized due to heart conditions and my sister didn’t know I had a tv on layaway with them missed one 43.00 payment and they told me I had to start all the way over ! A guy answered and acted like two people and said nothing they can do I only owed 150 on it and they still said no refund and also no I can’t pick up where I left off ! Who is the head people in charge any one has corporate #?

  Just bought a hyper tough drill and after putting the battery in, we realize that the drill is broken. The chuck spins but when force is applied to it, it stops. It was not labed as broken like the tv they had on display. Would not have wasted any money on this broken product. Won't be back

  Every time I try to do buisness with THIS COMPANY they refuse, I have taken a diamond ring, construction tools & they dont want to do buisness with me. I see African AMERICAN people bringing in junk & being waited on & given loans or selling items for almost what they are worth at the store brand ne, I was there for 15 minutes & finally was waited on. Is it BECAUSE of me being CAUCASIAN ? I think so ! I WILL TELL everyone I know NOT to do BUISNESS with this place !
