  The Scappoose Inroads branch has amazing customer service! Every time I call or go in, they are super helpful and take care of my banking needs right away! So glad to have this local credit union to manage my accounts! I highly recommend.

  I love banking with Inroads. They have excellent customer service. Twice they have called me to see if I made certain purchases that were out of the country. I love that they are looking out for my interests. No complaints here.

  This credit union feels more like a bank everyday due to corporate changes! The people are friendly inside but might as well put your money in an online bank if you can’t talk to a real person in their drive through.

  I love InRoads! Easy to use the online banking, cash machines and services are exemplary. The practices they have put into effect for covid are conscientious and important. We've been with them for over 10 years and I honestly say I'll never go back to "banks".

  I'd probably rate them 3* most ways. But any organization that thinks Inroads is an "upgrade" name wise gets a star knocked off. Online dictionary: "inroads Plural form of inroad, n. An advance, especially at another's expense; an encroachment. n. A reduction or diminishment. n. A hostile invasion; a raid." I guess Plagueridden Credit Union was too long.

  The switch to Inroads sucks.. my most recent disappointment with inroads was when I noticed my mobile deposit checks were showing up on my account. Since I use my accounts at Inroads as my savings account I don’t pay much attention to it. When I did some investigation I saw all of my checks for the past 3 months were “rejected” requiring that I write “for mobile deposit to inroads credit union” a ridiculous amount to write on the back of a check and different from what I had wrote for years. What bothers me most is that I was not notified of the deposits getting rejected. Now I have to dig up all of the checks that did not go through. Super disappointed and frustrated with the switch and if I didn’t have so many accounts wrapped up in this establishment I would leave in a heart beat.

  As a member of this credit union for over 25 years, I cannot express how disappointed I have been for the past year. The service has continually declined, especially at the Scappoose branch. I've considered taking my banking elsewhere, but because I have a business account in addition to multiple personal accounts, I've been reluctant to make the switch. However, with the debacles that have accompanied the credit union's switch to a new name and new online banking, I'm done. I cannot get online to do my banking and neither can I reach the credit union by telephone due to high call volume. If I get past the "all circuits are busy" message and actually get through to the credit union's automated menu, after being on hold for several minutes, I get a busy signal. I'm taking all of my accounts elsewhere.
