  Steve Kern from Inlanta was amazing. We had researched, and actually started the refi process with a larger bank. We saved about 20% on monthly cost over the other bank, had no closing fees and actually received money back at closing. He completed exceeded our expectations. I'm not one to write reviews but this guy is truly amazing at his profession.
