  Eric was very professional at all times, keeping me aware of everything that was happening, If I had any questions he was always available to answer. This was our first home purchase, we didn’t know much about the process and Eric made it very easy to understand the things we had questions about. We really enjoyed working with him.   Dennis is extremely responsive which is important in the current marketplace, but this is just where his great service began. Our search took over 2 years, and he treated each pre-approval and purchase opportunity equally. He took the time to explore multiple scenarios and options with us to ensure that we were ultimately comfortable in knowing that we had selected a product that best matched up with our long-term goals.   Chayce has jumped several hurdles to help make a challenging refinance possible. His precision and knowledge about current market conditions resulted in an amazing appraisal value. We found the perfect lender that accepted our loan-to-value estimates. He was helpful and fast when replying to questions or concerns. This is my 2nd time working with Chayce.   10/10 would recommend every single time. The Inlanta Mortgage team has been THE most help out of everyone involved in buying our home. The Inlanta Mortgage team was extremely patient with us and made sure we were comfortable in understanding each process and step along the way. They were also extremely speedy with their response rate so I wasn't sitting around for days waiting for answers to my questions. When I needed something, someone on their team was there to help me with anything I needed almost instantly.
